  Beds are very very firm most of our family didn’t rest the whole week.
  They do NOT maintain the porch area so you may or may not be able to get to the fire pit. Jacuzzi in Master did NOT work. Trash in garage was left from previous renter. Trash was all around house as the snow was melting - beer cans - cigarette butts - empty water bottles. Maintance company just kept blaming the weather conditions and kept telling me to have a good day!!

  This American way house was great for housing 14 of my family and friends. It had a great kitchen and living room area with plenty of space. The kitchen is very well-stocked and has a TON of pots, pans, utensils, cookware, and almost everything you would need (besides a blender). The basement is very spacious and the couch is awesome for a lot of people. The pool table is great although the cues are heavily used. The mudroom has tons of space for gear and snowboards/skis, as well as (2) huge walls with boot heaters which is great. THINGS TO NOTE: The only complaints that people who rent this house should be aware of - 1. The house is clearly used for large party groups often. When we got there the hot tub area had chairs thrown off the balcony in the snow, a wine bottle and a lot of beer cans scattered around. 2. The huge wraparound balcony is advertised as being usable. When we stayed there we were unable to use 95% of the balcony due to snow banks that had deposited all winter on the entire balcony!! We tried to shovel but it was too packed from the months of buildup. This sucked because we couldn't use any of the seating areas, fireplace, or big deck table when it was sunny and nice out at the end of March. 3. The house has overall wear and tear from being partied in - ex: chips of paint on door frames and random areas throughout the house, tons of blue marks all over the pool area downstairs, etc. 4. The downstairs two bedrooms sleep (8) people but there is only (1) bathroom

  Took the family and their fronds to Breck. We had a group of 10 and extra room/ I've rented a lot of ski houses, and this may be the best one yet. All the amenities you would need. The huge wall of boot driers was amazin!

  We stayed here for a golf trip in August. We had 12 people and it fit everyone very comfortably. The location is fantastic! It was a quick 10 minute drive or Lyft/Uber into downtown and we were only about 20 min from Keystone. The open living room/kitchen/dining area allowed everyone to hang out together. The hot tub was a nice touch too. All the beds were comfortable. There was great communication and it was easy to check in and out. I highly recommend!

  This property had a beautiful deck, awesome hot tub, and cute neighborhood. It was great for our large family trip. For the price, I would’ve hoped for a better view, most is blocked by neighboring houses and we could hear a lot of other people most nights, not that the owner can change anything about that. We had some issues come up with the home that they offered to come fix, I appreciated the responsiveness! If you’re looking for privacy, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for convince to stores, town, etc., you will love this place!

  This was a great home for our extended family's vacation. We had 10 kids ranging in ages from 3 years to 15 years old. They all had a blast and never ran out of things to do. The house was clean, had wonderful amenities and the outdoor area was top notch. I'd highly recommend this rental!

  Group of 12 stayed several nights. Adults, teenagers, and a few littles with plenty of space to comfortably spend time. Clean with lots of kitchen equipment to cook at home. 2 fridges was appreciated as well. Only 5 minutes from breck’s free parking lot with shuttle which is pretty convenient.

  This was a great house to stay in. Everything was just perfect. The hot tub was a great addition and all the family loved it. Peak 8 was definitely the closest to park.   Our stay was pleasant with no major issues. The property is very nice and we loved the hot tub, ski equipment warmers, etc. That said, we did have a few small issues (clogged drain, faulty garbage disposal, loose towel rack) that the management team addressed within 24 hours with no hassle. The location is decent but does require driving to town. Walking is not really an option. If you have a vehicle that shouldn't be a problem but with the party of our size we had to play "chauffeur" almost every day for those in our party that didn't have a vehicle. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and everyone enjoyed themselves.

  16 of us traveled for family vacation. It was just amazing! Talk about a well stocked kitchen! We saw a baby moose, twins and 2 Moms right in the backyard! We also saw multiple foxes. There was plenty of room for all of you us. The kids loved the game room! It was great having 3 full bathrooms! The home is very tastefully decorated. 2 very minor issues. No cupboard space for food (we figured it out) and then the throw pillows need to be washed or replaced. They have a very dusty musty smell. These minor things do NOT take away from this amazing home! Breckenridge is just a lovely town!!! I would stay in this home again! The mgmt team was spot on with communications! Excellent property company.

  This house was amazing! It was very spacious, with enough room to sleep our group of 16. The amenities throughout the house were great, from the mudroom where we stored our ski clothing and made much use of the boot and glove warmers, the outdoor hot tub, and the game room downstairs where many pool and foosball games were played while watching football games on the large TV. This was definitely a Christmas trip that we will never forget, and will certainly stay here again in the future.

  We did a gals trip to Breck and this cabin was everything we wanted and more! So roomy, we each had a bed to sleep on (almost all of them very comfortable!),the common area was amazing, plenty of parking, the deck is way bigger than it looks in the pictures, surrounded by nature but have neighbors, etc. One of the absolute best weekends!

  We really enjoyed our stat at the American Way Chalet. It was about 10 minutes into downtown Breck and the neighborhood the house is in has incredible views all around. The house itself was very clean and spacious for everyone in our group. The outdoor areas was really nice to enjoy as well. The rental group was very fast to respond to my text messages as we had a couple questions come up during our stay. I would definitely stay here in the future or recommend to anyone else.
