LOCATION – The Village Point Townhomes are located off Broken Lance Drive in the Warrior’s Mark area of Breckenridge. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 1 car garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• HOA quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am and is strictly enforced

    This rental was in a great location and looks exactly like the photos! Pinnacle created a seamless rental experience with their outstanding communication and processes for check-in and check-out. They were helpful in every way and we would rent this property or another under their management without question. This rental unit was perfect for our trip and had great amenities such as the hot tub and quality appliances. Could not recommend enough!

    Our group of 7 stayed here for four days and had a wonderful time! It was the perfect place to relax after all of our adventures - skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and tubing. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking item you could need. The rooms are comfortable and the linens are excellent. Lots of games to play and plenty of tvs. It was also wonderful to have a garage - especially with all of the snow we got! Great location and close to the shuttle to the slopes, which was so handy. Also close to shops and restaurants. This is the perfect spot for families!

    Family of 6 and we had a great stay in this condo in April this year (2023).
    Location was great, a short walk (once we had acclimatised to the altitude) to the South end of town and a regular bus to the base of Peak 9 and the gondola station just a hundred yards or so away.
    The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Would perhaps be a little more cosy for 8 but would take it at a push.
    booked direct with Pinnacle and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It does also seem to be listed on other lodging websites but it will cost you more so I would recommend going direct ().
    Overall, a great stay in a great condo in a fantastic place. Would love to come back.

    109 was a clean and renovated space, perfect for 7 people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need in your own home including cooking supplies. The hot tub and back patio are uncovered making for a very big open feel to the outdoor space. Bathrooms are all renovated. Washer dryer are new. Only improvement could be the lighting in the master bedroom - the overhead light was pretty dim. Didn’t bother us too much as we opened the windows for light! Great location near the bus stop as well as walkable to town and Quicksilver lift (bottom of Peak 9). Garage is stocked with sleds and space to hang skis/poles/helmets at the end of the day. Door is just right around the corner from garage (keep in mind not connected to unit). We loved this stay and will return next year!

    We had a great time exploring, skiing, and snowboarding in Breck. Village Point 109 was a nice townhouse and perfect for our group. We were a little upset that the fireplace wasn’t functioning properly throughout the trip. Maintenance came very quickly on the first day to turn it on, but it didn’t stay on for more than 8-10 min. Village Point 109 was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and warm after a day out in the snow, but the jets were not blowing. The unit is very nice, but based on the photos we expected it to be larger than it was.

    The management company was easy to work with and provided all the information necessary, prior to our arrival.
    Our unit was as described - plenty of room (could easily accommodate more) for our group of 6 adults, well decorated and the kitchen has everything that you need (and more) for preparing meals during our stay. We were about 1/2 block from the bus stop, and a short five minute ride to the lifts.
    We would definitely recommend Village Point. It's on our list for a return trip!

    Location was great. The property is as described. Close to downtown. Check in and check out was a breeze. It was just what we needed with bunk beds for the kids. We did some fly fishing and hiking with the family. Overall it was a great experience.

    This location was perfectly situated close to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street. Literally a 5 minute walk to both. If driving is necessary you are maybe 10 minutes from everything you could need. Grocery store, any restaurants, sledding hill or whatever else I can think off. My friends and I stayed there and we were very comfortable as a group of 7. Pinnacle was on top of all communication before and during my stay. They made everything seamless. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to anyone!

    We had a great Breckinridge getaway and this Condo was superb. It had a private hot tub, easy to use fireplace and 3 complete BR and Baths, 1 upstairs, the other 2 downstairs. The common area was spacious and perfect for the 6 of us.

    Fantastic experience. Pinnacle lodging was great to work with. The texting feature was a great way to get my questions answered quickly. We even had one small "emergency" in which a breaker tripped while we were there, and they called back right way and were able to direct my husband to where the breaker box was located. I would definitely recommend renting from this company.

    The property 109 village point was great. The bus stop for the ski resort was just steps away from the town home. The town home was nicely decorated and equipt. We had some trouble with the TV and fireplace initially, but found that the cleaning crew (we assume) somehow unplugged the cable cord from the back of the TV, and that the pilot light wasn't lit in the fireplace. Once we plugged the HTMI cable back into the TV, and got the pilot light restarted in the fireplace, both worked fine. :) The Townhome also had a lot of board games which we appreciated.

    Lastly, we used the company that Pinnacle lodging recommends on their site, "At Your Breck and Call" to set up a Christmas tree, deliver presents I shipped, have groceries delivered and schedule a private chef. I would HIGHLY recommend contacting them. They were also wonderful in making our Christmas vacation special!!

    Overall, fantastic vacation property and I would stay here again.
