  Great location for skiing Breck and enjoying the town! A bus stop in front of the building gets you quickly to the lift in the morning and at the end of the day you can ski the 4 O'clock run right to your building! And then all the shops & restaurants of Breckenridge are just a short walk away for you to enjoy!
  Very comfy condo for our party of 6 with everything that we needed for our stay. Parking passes were in the condo and you have a key for the ski locker storage on the 1st floor. We appreciated the ski storage as this condo is on the top floor of building 7. Great views but lots of stars to climb. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo, skiing Breck and look forward to visiting agin!

  First of all our trip started off badly because we had to wait an hour for someone to bring us the keys because they were taken to Frisco by accident, so our check in was delayed until 5 which made us have to stress out to drag up our luggage and get to the ski rental place by 6. I asked for a one hour late check out due to their mistake but they said no. For the positives, the location of this condo is awesome! You can ski in, it is close to the shuttle and you can walk to Main St. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly stocked with dishes, cups and pots and pans along with a coffee maker. The negatives are that there is no garage, so your car will be outside, this is on the top floor and although it appears to be on the fourth floor, there are A LOT of stairs which is very hard with luggage and groceries. The loft area is completely open so it is loud and gets warm. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo.

  Unit was clean and well appointed. We were within walking distance to Main Street, restaurants, grocery store and lifts. Ski rental right next door. Large TVs in every room. Don't overestimate your ability to walk up 4 flights of stairs in the high altitude! That was quite a challenge. Picking up and dropping off the keys in Frisco was a bit of an inconvenience, especially if you don't have a car. Fireplace wasn't working at first but repair was done immediately. The unit does need some updating (carpets, bathrooms, furniture) but all in all we had a lovely time.

  PineRidge Condominiums are THE prime Breck location in my opinion, have stayed at many many different units in this complex over the years. Have never come across the deal breaker issue we had with 7E. The window in the guest bedroom and the window in the loft are absolutely unopenable, not even an inch. In Breck you do not need air conditioning, but you do need airflow or it gets hot in a top floor condo. Sleeping in either the 2nd bedroom or the loft was not comfortable temperature wise. Beyond the 2nd bedroom and loft getting hot, I was particularly concerned with the escapability of the 2nd bedroom in case of fire or other emergency. That window cannot be opened by design according to Pinnacle Lodging. Coincidently the 2nd bedroom closet did contain a nice fire escape rope ladder, a really nice feature, if only it could be used in an emergency. I have no idea what fire code is in Breck, I simply was uncomfortable knowing the escape wasn't available and felt compelled to let Pinnacle Lodging know as well as you with this review.
  Pinnacle Lodging was quick to respond to my concerns although they were only able to say the requirement that the windows not open was an HOA requirement. I could see other units with the windows open in the 2nd bedroom so I inquired with the on-site property manager. He was able to confirm what we had experienced with all other units we had rented, that the 2nd bedroom windows all open in the other similar units. Pinnacle Lodging did provide a couple of 8x8" square fans that you added cool water to, they made no difference. They weren't able to provide a portable AC unit as they require exhausting the hot air outside and with the window sealed that wasn't an option.
  Personally I'll stay in PineRidge condominiums in the future but just not this particular unit over my safety concerns and preference for cool spaces for sleeping.

  Location is great, both for skiing and walking to town. Ski locker at lowest level is wonderful. Accommodations were good - a comfortable place to come back to after a day on the slopes. The main living area was a bit dark, need better lighting. Updated unit entry with a key code rather than actual cards would have been better - 4 cards for 6 guests can be an issue. The contract also provided for 2 parking spaces but only one tag in the unit - we had to call and get another. The parking lot was treacherous; while it is hard to clear with snow throughout the season and cars parked everywhere, this was an issue. We also had a few issues with the condo and the maintenance staff handled promptly (Clint).

  Our stay here was perfect. It fit 6 people very comfortably and had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome and close to the condo. Location was great, close/walkable to everything including ski lifts! Communication was quick as well. Picking up the keys was a little different than i've experienced before, we had to go to a separate destination (the management office I believe) to pick them up on our way there which was a bit difficult to find the exact building with google maps but everything worked out. There are 4/5 flights of stairs which wasn't a problem but keep that in mind for luggage! There was a locker downstairs that stored all of our ski gear which was great. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

  Fantastic location. Overall condo was well furnished and the living room was spacious. Make sure you are in shape to climb up the 5 floors. For 6 people another bathroom upstairs would have been appreciated instead of walking downstairs. The mattresses in the loft need to be replaced or bigger beds...not really made for adults. Fireplace instructions didn't match the model, but we figured it out. It ran out of gas/propane the 2nd night.
