    We had a party of 9 in our 7 day stay. Plenty of room for all of us! Hot tub was wonderful along with the steam shower. Deck was nice to have drinks and appetizers daily. Beds were comfy along with the bedding. We had dinner almost every night around the huge table which we appriciated. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for us making some memories.

    Beautiful house and view! Was clean and fit everyone comfortably. The view is fabulous! Easy check in and check out process. We loved the hot tub, internet and streaming worked great! Quick 5min or less drive to Breck and 20 min drive to Frisco. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars: con is road noise— if you can’t stand road noise then I do not recommend staying here. It didn’t bother me sleeping with a fan/sound machine but it really bothered my husband & kids at night.

    This was an amazing house to stay in. You are a couple of minutes from Breckenridge Main Street. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. A big thing I look forward to on our snowboard trips is the hot tub and let me just say that this one is amazing. With now coming down all day and 5 people being in there the tub never dropped below 102 degrees, that's great! There is a lot of good things to list but ill keep it short and sweet. Its a great house for a big group.

    Upon arrival we realized the property was cold and quite dated. No worries. As 3 time VRBO OWNERS in Florida we are problem solvers. We immediately reported that the oven was broken and could NOT be used. This was never fixed During our Christmas Vacation. Unfortunate as we had to throw away over $500 in Christmas dinner. (we did eventually receive a refund for spoiled food).
    The most important issue is the carbon monoxide poisoning sustained by our entire family as we slept in our beds. We were awakened and evacuated by SEVERAL firefighters and paramedics in freezing conditions in our pajamas. Kids and elderly parents were vomiting and passing out. We sat in our vehicles as they tested us at TOXIC levels and were so stressed and scared. Both of these DANGEROUS issues were previous knowledge to owner/pinnacle. Negligence SUPREME! We lost two full days of vacation/events/lift tickets due to this preventable fiasco. Inadequate and faulty CO2 detectors were eventually replaced to prevent loss of life in the future. We were also without any electricity, heat or water for 8 hours over night. Tried to call answer. These are HUGE safety concerns and a serious legal liability . WE respectfully request a 50% refund due to health, safety and loss of revenue.

    The best vacation rental property we have ever stayed at! The jacuzzi was amazing! The kitchen had all of the essentials and was great for cooking at home! Cozy fireplace and very comfortable beds! We would definitely stay here again!

    Have just returned from 8 nights stay at Grande view on the Blue and we loved it!
    We were 2 families visiting from the U.K. and there was plenty of space for all of us. It’s a couple of miles outside Breck to the south but in a gorgeous woodland area that was really quiet. The beds were comfortable , the fore a lovely addition, and the hot tub was lovely at the end of the day. We skied Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek and even though an hour or so drive to the other two it was easily done and the scenery en route was gorgeous. Everything worked well in the house and it was a really comfortable stay. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and we left a couple of sledges for use for future guests.
    Pinnacle lodging responded quickly to our enquiries and were professional and prompt.
    We would thoroughly recommend the property! Thank you for having us !
