  Lovely house right by Breck Nordic Center 1 block ski shuttle. We love the location, common space and 4-car parking, 2 in garage. Each bedroom has ensuite bath. Master is spatious, other 3 are small but work. Downstairs swing space that fronts the 3 small bedrooms attaches to garage entry and is convenient for putting on ski gear. Hot tub just outside that space. Management company was prompt with ordering hot tub service which needed cleaning, also fixing master toilet same day.

  We absolutely loved our visit to Breck. This house was just perfect in so many ways. It looked brand new. Every room had its own everything. Bathroom, closet, fan, comfy beds. We were picky in choosing our house and this house exceeded our expectations. We utilized the hot tub and outdoor firepit every day. We took advantage of the Nordic trail just outside the door as our very own hiking trail, which was easy enough for the littles to enjoy as well. While, we only traveled with our family of 4, there was plenty of room for a larger group. It was great to have a second living room for when the kids wanted to watch cartoons downstairs and we could have peace and quiet upstairs. Not to mention, that the location was absolutely perfect. Far enough from town to feel like you were in the middle of nature, but also a quick drive into town only a mile or so away. We will definitely be back!

  It was fabulous a fabulous. Everyday the viewed changed .... Like a hanging
  a picture on a wall. A few days the mountains were coated with snow and
  the fall colors of bright yellow, orange and reds surrounded the lower elevation in Breckenridge. Lots of trails close by so you didn’t have to drive for hiking. The house was very clean, well kept, and cozy.. And as always the staff was excellent!

  We were in town for a family wedding in Breckenridge. We rented the 5 Peaks house and it was absolutely stunning! The views and the craftsmanship were amazing. The location was close to town and an easy drive or Uber to wedding venue. The check in and out process was extremely efficient, great email and text communication.

  Breckenridge is one of my favorite places as long as I’m staying close to a shuttle bus to get to the lifts lifts lift and that’s the location location location of this gorgeous huge home with plenty of space to sleep party cook and a huge garage and driveway. You could even walk to the Nordic Center which is one of the best places in Breckenridge or even the Rockies

  My husband and I rented this home for a month. We were looking for a peaceful getaway and this Property lived up to all of our expectations. The home is exactly how it is described and shown in the photos. The place is clean and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The managers and customer service staff are a text message away and are always available to help in any way. The ski slope mountain view from the home is breathtaking. This property is in a wonderful location. The walk to main street is about a mile on one direction and the walk to the base of peak 7 or 8 is a mile in the other direction. Getting to either place was super easy and both walks were beautiful. There is also a shuttle on the corner (steps away from the home) that can take you to the mountain or main street. My husband and I had a wonderful time and would come back to this property again for both summer and winter seasons. I highly recommend this home to my family , friends or anyone headed to the Breckenridge area!

  5 Peaks was just as advertised - perfect; plenty of open space (and privacy), well designed, very well maintained and had everything we needed for a simplified vacation. Pinnacle was absolutely amazing to work with - as a matter of fact, the best I've ever used. I highly recommend them.

  This house was a PERFECT spot for a 10 person girls trip. All the appliances and amenities are brand new. Great space and layout with an incredible master bedroom and bath. Super comfortable furniture. The deck and view of the mountain are so great. Right on the Black Express Bus route and a 10 minute walk to Peak 8. The rental company was so accommodating and check in was all through text and a garage code. They gave us weekend recommendations and were available via text for any questions. Would come back here for sure!!!
