    Gorgeous house very convenient to Breck and neighboring resorts. It was clean and well stocked. My friends and I really enjoyed our trip and fit comfortably in the home.

    The only thing I was surprised about was the lack of driveway plowing/ upkeep throughout our stay. We had several snow storms and the driveway (long, steep, and curvy) was never plowed. Our 4WD truck was fine getting up and down for the most part, but I think any vehicle without would struggle.

    The house was a great headquarters for our extended family of 13 - ages 62 to 5 months. Decided to pay a little more for quality and this place delivered. Nice furniture, linens, appliances, dishes, etc. First class all the way. Nice open area for family to be together.

    Only a 12 minute drive to the bottom of the ski lifts so we did not have to worry about finding parking – just had someone drop off/pick up for skiing.

    The property manager is VERY organized and available. Lots of signs and directions throughout the property to help get orientated.

    Definitely will try to return next time come back to the area.

    We could not have asked for a better winter getaway! The house was spotless upon our arrival. We spent time on the couch watching TV by the fire, in the hot tub, and playing games as a family in the bunkroom (my boys LOVE foosball) and around the kitchen table. The beds were incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. The views were stunning and we had plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a day of snowboarding at Beaver Run. The house is a couple miles from town but Uber Eats still delivered to us and the rental company checked in on us everyday to see if we needed anything. Our stay was perfect and our boys are begging to go back to "the Colorado house".
