Snow Mansion is a seven-bedroom classic mountain home that sleeps up to 18 and has all the amenities needed for a fantastic large group or multi-family vacation. The main level living room offers expansive views of the Ten Mile Range and connects to a large open kitchen and dining room with additional entertainment space in the lower level.

All TVs include Apple TV - HBO/Max, Apple TV+, YouTubeTV (Live TV) - DVD player and 50 DVDs in basement theater

LOCATION – This custom home is a short walk (1 block) to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle, ice skating at the Breckenridge Ice Arena, sledding & tubing at Carter Park (2 blocks), as well as charming Main Street offering numerous shopping and dining options. The shuttle stop is located only one block away on Boreas Pass Road, giving you easy ski slope access within minutes.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)

  Our group of seven adults had an amazing time in Breckenridge. The house was perfect for us, providing space and privacy for everyone. The large gathering areas, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces accommodated our crew perfectly. We easily walked to Main Street for shopping and dining and to several hiking trails from the house. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are two dishwashers, coffee pots, ovens, etc to accommodate large groups. Would definitely stay here again.

  We have stayed here for the past three years & REALLY appreciate the updating that is in progress. We have a few suggestions: service the hot tub twice a week as the water was not very clear at the end of our week, perhaps add a bigger bed to one of the bunk rooms (queen or full size), additional small spoons & hot pads in the kitchen & a shade over the large dining area window.
  It’s a great location, clean & when we have had issues they were quickly addressed.

  There were 13 of us that stayed for a three day weekend. We took my husbands office ladies & a guest for a rewarding weekend! Everyone had an amazing time. Some skied & some explored! The home is roomy and nice. We could walk into town easily & park our 3 rental jeeps easily as well. The kitchen was large & perfect for our group dinners & breakfasts. The only issue we had was warm/hot water for everyone. No one went at the same time or consistently in a row, but still had an issue. Mgmt was told, but it didn't get resolved.

  Our large family stayed during spring break and had so much space! We loved the huge dining area and well stocked kitchen! Every small detail was appreciated. Beds were comfy and that’s such a bonus! Perfect location so close to town and the slopes. The property manager was so friendly and available when I had a question .   This house was pretty good. Not that great, but just fine. The Company was a little rude and unhelpful to work with, but not dishonest at all.

  Snow Mansion was above our expectations! You can tell they thought through everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is the most equipped rental we’ve ever been in. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable. And the couple of times that we needed to contact the rental company they responded very quickly. The back patio was so relaxing and the view is gorgeous and it was just a short walk to town.

  This property was perfect for our stay. We had a large 'guys group'. Beds were very comfortable, BIG dining table for everyone to eat at and Pinnacle lodging does an excellent job of responding quickly if anything goes wrong. The home is in a great location. Just a short walk to the ice rink shuttle which takes you to Beaver Run lift. Would definitely come here again!

  The property was exactly as advertised. Everyone is our seven person group had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was a short walk to the free shuttle. The management company was proactive in their communication during our stay. We would recommend Snow Mansion to anyone looking for a large property.   We enjoyed our stay for a 4 night ski trip in Jan '23. Easily accommodated 13 adults and had a great view of the peaks. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large group to enjoy Breck and all it has to offer. It was easy to cook large meals in the kitchen and the outdoor space had easy access for enjoying the fire pit, hot tub, and grill. Great overall amenities from towels, appliances and utensils, soaps, detergent, etc.. The large garage space makes it easy to strap on ski boots and load up gear.
  
  Some cons I will point out is that the theater room needs a new/modern TV and/or Projector and the air hockey table is unplayable. We did not utilize the basement to it's potential as the screen was unviewable in any light. This was a bummer as the NFL playoffs and basketball being in full swing and it is the largest space to host the entire group at any time.
  
  9/10 would stay again. Easy to book and access the space. Upgrade some media and outdated items and you got a near perfect getaway.

  We rented this house to gather with our three children, spouses and families. There were 16 of us, ages 7-75. We had plenty of room with privacy for all. Every bedroom had a nice bathroom adjoining it Five king size beds was a plus for the tall people in our family. The house has many gathering areas and a spacious dining room to seat all at one time. The patio with fire pit and hot tub was a favorite every evening. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked every evening as much easier than getting a dinner reservation for 16. The younger kids and young adults enjoyed the lower level with big screen tv and game room. The house is in a wonderful location. We walked downtown every day as it is so close. The only downside was the carpet needs cleaning and some should be replaced. We all had a wonderful time.

  This was my family's second consecutive year at the Trot Ski House. With it's 7 bedrooms and 7-1/2 bathes it easily accommodates our family of 16. In addition to the overall spaciousness, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous view of the mountains, there is a large movie screen and theatre seating in the lower level and a great big hot tub and fabulous fire pit on the back patio. The location is close to numerous trail heads for hiking and an easy walk to downtown Breckenridge. When there was a problem with the hot tub, Pinnacle Lodging responded quickly to make the necessary repairs. The only negative is that some of furnishings and carpet need replacing. That being said, we will hope to return again next summer!
