  The cabin is a multilevel fantastic cabin with four bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The view from the porch is breathtaking. The big garage family room, living room, dining room and kitchen are all well appreciated with our group. We grill burgers on the porch in the snow and it was really something. The only issue I could find was that it is very nicely hidden up in the mountains, which means if the roads are icy, it might be an interesting drive to get to. I felt like it was enough to Breckenridge that it didn’t feel like it was too far away. we had a great time and would certainly go there again. The property management company was fantastic and stayed in touch with us the whole time before and after and during.

  The home was lovely and very well appointed. It was immaculately clean. Every room yielded spectacular majestic Rocky Mountain views. We saw two young moose in the late morning from the back deck and then a mother moose (cow) and her calf on the driveway the next day. WOW very cool!

  The house has a great layout and amazing views. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with the cooking items we needed. I think 20 years ago this would have been a top notch property. However, there doesn't seem to have been any investment since then. The furniture is very worn and dated. The curtains are heavy and dark as well as needing a good cleaning. I think removing the curtains and just having shades and getting new furniture would be a huge improvement. It also needs a good cleaning overall, as there was much dust in some areas and generally didn't have a deep clean feeling. At this price point, I would expect better. We were okay with the location, but be aware that there is a very windy road you need to take to get to it and it is about a 20 minute drive into Breckenridge. Although, that is why there is a feeling of privacy and unobstructed views.

  We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Views were spectacular and there was plenty of room for all of us. Cabin was clean and plenty of extras were provided such as blankets, pillows, humidifier etc. Water was always hot no matter how many people took showers. Pinnacle also provided outstanding service and quick to respond and answer questions. I highly recommend. We definitely will be back again.

  The views of this home were nothing short of breath-taking, we loved the convenience of being close to town but also in a private estate. I would have love our stay more if we didn't have a mouse infestation. I kid you not mouse droppings in every room. For a stay of this caliber, we kind of expected at least 1 of the 2 coffee machines to have worked. In short, if you love being infested with a rodents, no radon mitigation system working, no batteries in the carbon monoxide detectors and ****** coffee, the place is all yours! I will say the host was generous enough to give us a refund for our mice infested food, however when we asked for a partial refund we were completely. It seemed the host was not concerned with our stay. This to say, this home would not be our first choice next we visit Breck! Happy rental hunting!

  This house has the most amazing mountain views that make the whole experience worth the stay! It's cool how all 4 bedrooms are on different levels...creates privacy for each room. Great layout, well-stocked, very responsive management. It's 15 minutes to the nearest store, so keep that in mind. We saw some wildlife from the beautiful deck. Loved the cool mountain air outside and the cozy log home environment inside.

  This home is probably another 400-500 feet above hwy 9(so close to 10000 feet. As a result, the view of the 10 mile range is spectacular. The place is HUGE and every bedroom has a bathroom. We had deer in the yard every morning and a very friendly fox. Close to golf and hiking and Breck. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in the Breck Valley!

  A wonderful home with lots of room for 5 adults and 4 children. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen, dining and family room configuration. The house is built so well you couldn't hear noises from the floor above.. great!! The beds and linens were very comfortable. Really liked that there was a second refrigerator in the garage, but disappointed there was only one oven, especially since we were preparing a full thanksgiving dinner.
  The TV in the great room, were everyone gathered most of the time, was not easy for all to see and not adjustable.
  The very best feature was the breath-taking awesome mountain views!!!
  We were blessed with a fresh snow to enjoy. It was a wonderful family gathering place!

It was plenty large to accommodate all of us easily and we older folks could "escape" if the kids got too noisy. When we weren't out and about the pool table and hot tub were of great interest. One evening a momma moose and her baby strolled by munching on foliage. Loved it!
