LOCATION – Located in the Warrior’s Mark area on the south end of Breckenridge, Snodallion condos are close to everything you are coming to Breckenridge to do. Whether you are walking to the lifts or taking a stroll, there is a walking path to connect you to both the base of Peak 9 for skiing and hiking or to the heart of downtown for dining, shopping and nightlife.

AMENITIES – This spacious two bedroom condo features one level living with a king bedroom, a bunk bedroom, each with their own bath and additional sleeping space in the living room on the sleeper sofa. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather for a meal or to relax in the living area to unwind while watching a movie or snuggling up for a warm fire in the fireplace. After an invigorating day of skiing, you can have a lap in the pool or warm up at the hot tub at the nearby Columbine Recreation Center that provides an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs & 2 indoor hot tubs. The Columbine pool and hot tubs will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)

  My husband and I took our adult daughter for Christmas and stayed in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Although the bathrooms are located off the hallways, they were not close to each other so privacy was great.
  The living area was very large and comfortable with a gas fire place and large dining table. The surrounding windows allowed for views of mountain tops and a cozy place to watch the snow fall on Christmas Day.
  The unit is just a few steps from the parking lot which made for easy in and out...the garage was a bonus to keep our car from being snow covered.
  The property is an easy walk to downtown so we only used the car to drive to a snow shoe hike and sleigh ride. We walked to bars, restaurants, shops and skiing so it was perfectly located to downtown.
  Communication prior to and during our stay was excellent.
  Check in/Check out was easy.
  The kitchen had almost everything you needed, including a crock pot.
  We would stay at this property again and being at Breckenridge during Christmas truly was a magical experience.

  Ended up with a couple days to spend in Breckenridge and needed a place to stay. Having stayed at a VisitBreck rental before I knew who to rent from. It was another great experience and great condo. Quick walk to the base of Peak 9. We had an issue getting trash into the locked trash room at the complex and they were extremely fast to resolve the issue. Cant wait to rent from Visit Breck again and possibly stay at this great spot.

  The property listing at the time of rental grossly misrepresented key selling points of this condo. Overlooks a parking lot, NOT “mountain view”. Claimed to be a “luxury” property but it is not. Bedrooms over the loud garage door. Uncomfortable, HARD beds. Cheap furnishings. Poorly-finished flooring. Map shows listing on ski slope side of the street but it is across the street facing away from slopes. We stay 3-5x a year, but never here again. SO DISAPPOINTING for the $.

  Our family had a wonderful stay at Snodallion 25. We were conveniently close to trailheads, restaurants, and the pool. The couch and beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. The only issue was that the info we received said the hot tub and pool opened at 10:00 am but it was really noon. We had a great time and hope to be back to Brecekenridge to stay at Snodallion 25!

  A fabulous Condo. Loved everything about the condo including great location, spacious for our family of 5, everything needed in kitchen, super easy check in and check out process, clean, well furnished. Totally impressed. Interior parking was a bonus and easily accommodated our Suburban with a bumper hitch cargo carrier. Their is a little path that takes you right to the slopes. Less than a 200 yard walk. Hot tubs are about 50 yards from condo. Hot tubs were great. Didn't use the pool. Walk to downtown is maybe 4 min. Super close. We'll be back!

  Everything described in the summary of this rental is true - it is truly spacious and cozy in a fantastic location. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was properly equipped to make simple meals. Unfortunately the fireplace wasn't working and we missed that feature. The property managers were always quick to reply and offer support when needed.

  My family of four absolutely loved our time at Snodallion 25. The space was super clean, and large enough for my wife and I to do some remote work in the mornings, while the kids played in their bedroom or in the living room. It's so close to Maggie Pond and hiking trails, so all we had to do to enjoy the mountains was walk outside. We loved the pool and hot tub situation every day/evening, and so many cool restaurants and breweries within walking distance. At night we settled into the comfy couches and snuggly blankets, and felt like we were right at home with the giant flat screen TV with Netflix and all kinds of movie options. The kids loved it, and so did the adults. Highly recommend!

  Overall lovely condo and great location. Communication details form Pinnacle were lacking. Having to pickup keys in Frisco (25 minute drive with traffic one way) was very inconvenient. When I called about having to return the keys back upon our departure (again 50 minutes opposite direction for us), there was a lockbox in Breckenridge. Parking garage spot is very tight, our Dodge Ram didn’t fit. Details in the pamphlet given from Pinnacle were not customized for this condo. Again, we had an amazing week, but details from the property management could be better.
