LOCATION – Located just off Main Street as you enter Breckenridge, this property is within walking distance to the BreckConnect Gondola, to give you immediate access to Peak 8 as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year.

AMENITIES – With three bedrooms and a spacious living area, the newly built townhome features a contemporary design paired with dramatic views and outstanding amenities. The main level encompasses the main living, dining and kitchen where guests can enjoy the sophisticated ambiance while dining and relaxing together when a big day of the mountain is over. The gourmet kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel Viking Appliances and beautiful granite slab countertops. The outdoor patio area features a gas fire pit with a seating area and a hot tub.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

  Beautiful home that was conveniently located near downtown Breckenridge. Bunk rooms with queen sized beds offered comfortable sleeping for our party. However, it did get quite warm while sleeping. Views were impeccable. Pac-Man was an added bonus.

  The property was in a great location, easy to walk downtown. I definitely would not recommend this property for multiple couples, as there is one nice bedroom upstairs, the 2 lower bedrooms are tiny and cramped and only equipped with queen bunk beds (as described in the rental) and the top bunk bed is very close to the ceiling, the rooms downstairs are to small for adults to stay in. 1 of the bedrooms didn’t have blinds or a curtain in the window so that one was not useable at all. The fire pit did not work outside, that was a huge disappointment. The house could also use a keurig coffee pot. Our stay was “comfortable” but the house could definitely stand to have some upgraded touches, as the throw pillows and furniture throughout were very worn.

  This is our 2nd time staying at this unit, and we loved staying here. In particular the location was perfect: quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown Breck, short walk to groceries, easy access to Hwy 9. There were just 2 of use, so we didn't use the downstairs much. Not a good place for 2 couples, since the other 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We'll be back next summer.
