  This house was an incredible place for our extended family to gather. We loved the setting: both the incredible mountain views from the upper floors and the thoughtful landscaping that makes it a joy to sit outside even on the lower level where the view is slightly more obscured.   The good: house was in a great location- The bad:not stocked at all for large groups. Master bed sheets were not changed upon arrival, there were zero large pots /pans to cook with - but plenty of serving platters?!. No cleaning supplies (paper towel etc) - and they left the radiant heat so low - we froze for 5 hrs until the house came up to temperature. For what we paid- we expected a more luxury experience...

Regarding heat, we set temps to 65 for arrivals knowing that higher than that can feel way too warm with radiant in-floor heat. Our guest instructions are detailed when related to home temperatures. We wish you had shared your other comments about what your group needed during your stay as we would have been more than happy to accommodate any requests to make it more enjoyable.

  This large house with the best views in Breck was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Hot tub, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen and the view from the large deck was amazing! A bit pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.

  My wife and I took our two youngest children and their families (four kids each) to enjoy the summer activities in Colorado before school starts. The eight grandchildren range in age from 14 to 23. The Three Sisters Lookout was wonderful in all respects. The view of the mountains was spectacular. All our needs were met. We enjoyed watching two fox each morning and evening come for a snack of bread and a drink of water in the artificial stream pool. My wife and I are in our early eighties and this may be our last opportunity to enjoy being together on vacation with our whole family (minus one older bachelor son) before the grandkids disperse to the four winds. Thank you for the great accommodations.

  Three Sisters Lookout was such a perfect place to host our family vacation. Plenty of space and wonderful accommodations, we throughly enjoyed our time there. The hosts were extremely professional and organized and responded quickly with questions or requests. About a 10 minute drive from downtown Breckenridge, you can’t beat the location and the stunning views. The house was extremely clean and organized and we loved the outside hot tub. I highly recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed!

  We met our three daughters with their husbands and children to celebrate the birth of our latest grandchild. The view was spectacular. The house is beautiful and the great room with open design kitchen was where we spent most of our time. The house is close enough to town to get out and play or shop. For the size of our family we really needed another bedroom.

  This was an amazing experience. This was our first experience staying in the mountains.
  The view from the house was Mesmerizing: The stars, the snowcapped mountains, the trees. We barely left the house. The gas fireplaces and cozy seats set the environment for quality family time. I will stay here again. We didn't want to leave.
