LOCATION – Only 150 steps from the Gondola Mid-Station, you have access in minutes to the slopes as well as Main St. Breckenridge. If it is Nordic skiing or hiking you desire, endless trails are right outside your front door.

AMENITIES – With a primary master king fireplace suite, two secondary master king bedrooms each with their own private bath, a bunk bedroom and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, your group will find space, comfort and privacy after a fun-filled day. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless, top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and an eat-in counter. The incredible views from the deck and living room area will beg you to spend time relaxing on the patio chairs or grilling up steaks on the gas grill. When the day’s activities have ended, entertainment for the kids can be found in the den area that offers a cozy place to play games on the gaming systems or to watch a movie from the 200+ movie library on the large flat screen TV. Step onto the lower level patio to sit under the stars for a soak in the hot tub or to warm up around the fire pit.

  This townhome was impeccable! From the stocked kitchen to the wonderful bathrooms, it was great! I almost preferred to stay in rather than walk the 150 steps to the mid station gondola and go ski...but we didn’t. The location was perfect for us!   We had multigenerational family staying together. This place was great for everyone. Plenty of space. Very comfortable. Fully stocked with all kinds of dishes, appliances and other things needed for cooking all the meals. The proximity to the gondola was probably the best part. Better than most ski in/out places we've stayed. Skiers and non skiers had easy access to lodges, slopes, and town. Property management staff was very responsive before, during and after stay. Will definitely stay again.

  Our stay was overall simply fantastic. The location of the house could not have been more perfect for getting on the gondola to hit the mountain and ski or ride into town to explore. Shock hill is simply the best in breck! The home was clean and in great shape, all instructions were very straightforward and relevant. Rental management was swift to respond, provide resources and assistance where needed. I hope to come stay in this same rental again- it suited our group great.   Two weeks of outdoor fun in Breckenridge was a blast but coming home to the house to relax was icing on the cake. The home is spectacular and very well appointed. Comfortable with high quality amenities. Soaking in the hot tub after a day outdoors was bliss. I'd asked about the kitchen before arriving and was told it had the basics. As someone who loves to cook, this kitchen was a dream. It had everything we needed and more! We'll definitely be back!
