LOCATION – Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O’clock area next to the Snowflake Lift and Blue Sky Lodge. Blue Sky Lodge has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and small ski rental shop for ski and snowboard rentals. This property has quick access to the heart of town and to the base of Peak 9. Guests can enjoy the free in-town shuttle with the stop directly across the street at the base of the Snowflake Lift.

COMPLEX AMENITIES – Building amenities include secure underground heated parking, elevator access, fitness room, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna/steam room, shared gas grills, a comfortable lobby to relax and meet guests and private secure ski storage locker

  This was our 6th year coming to Breck and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed.The location was amazing and we maximized our ski days. The property was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The porches had amazing views, and the spa was a great touch after a long day on the slopes.

  Great location, a real ski in and out! Only do not ski all the way down to 4oclock as instructed, take snowflake chair to condo, lots of polling but better than walking up hill to the condo.
  Condo had everything we needed, very basic, the bunk beds are small not ideal for 2 adults. Walk to town is easy, hard walk back as it’s uphill and cold but doable. Uber was available when we were too cold to make the walk back. Could not watch Netflix as the internet was very spotty.
  Other than that a great condo and wonderful experience for the six of us!

  This unit was steps away from the lift and a short walk to town, we could not have asked for a better location! The unit was comfortably furnished and the kitched was well stocked with gadgets.   Great location short downhill walk into town, which means uphill back to condo but with a full stomach you will appreciate it. The condo was exceptionally clean, pretty much identical as photos. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything nice, not overally used like some condos have. We were lucky enough to spot a moose from the patio and the trail right behind the complex is a really nice one. We did not do it until the last day because it seemed to be a "boring" trail as my kids put it. But it's got a really nice creek along the way which leads to a reservoir with an awesome view. In the winter seems to be ideal with a ski lift right next to complex. You can see the chairs right outside patio.

  After a full day of travel, we found out that the property mgt company had given us the wrong code to get into the room. Later in the week, we figured out that the refrigerator did not work correctly. When we called maintenance, they said "we knew that, we meant to give you another one". While they did reimburse us for the weekly grocery bill, they could have been more forthcoming about it not working.

  The house was located in the perfect location, 2 minute walk to the Ski Rental location and to the Snowflake Ski lift. Amazing wildlife can be seen in the evening off the deck. We were lucky enough to see Moose and Bear right off our deck. Close to town and free buses. Would stay here again for sure no question.
