LOCATION – The Powder Ridge condominiums in Breckenridge are just a short walk or a free ride on the shuttle to the slopes, shopping and all the hotspots. Enjoy the town's park and tennis courts in the summer or the sledding hill at Carter Park and ice skating at the ice rink right out the back door in the winter.

AMENITIES – Within this cozy unit, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a queen sofa sleeper and a private balcony. This condo also comes equipped with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable living room furniture, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. There is a fully stocked kitchen and bar area with granite countertops, refrigerator with tile flooring in the entryway and kitchen and carpet throughout. You will find access to laundry facilities and an outdoor hot tub in the common area.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

    Great location and ease of booking. Actual Unit is pretty dated. Needs deep cleaning, painting and some basic updating. Upstairs unit can sound very loud at certain times. Otherwise great location, well appointed kitchen and good customer service and ease of booking.

    Great location and easy in and out to anywhere you need to go. Short walk to Main St for dining and shopping. Comfortable bedrooms with stocked kitchen and cozy living space. I’d recommend for anyone wanting to spend time in Breckenridge

    1st we arrived & found 108 but the code didn’t work. Called after hrs & help was on the way 40 minutes. We carried all luggage to door to find out someone else was staying there. We discovered there were twin buildings with same #s. Should tell renters that. Also let them know that the blue shuttle bus stops from ski area at 4:40pm which caused us to find another then carry skis half mile to condo. Would’ve driven if Info was conveyed to us. Nice condo especially underground parking. Needs updated for price, ie, maybe tvs in bedrooms and new carpet or tile. Master bdrm door lock inop. Also glass door on fireplace falls of when opening so didn’t use it. Beautiful kitchen/ living room even though we ate out. Overall a nice couple days in Breckenridge even though ski slopes were very crowded. Ski Cooper & Copper Mtn had better skiing but night life was good in Breckenridge. Next time May shop other condos for $600/night range.

    Overall it's a great place to stay. Pros- Convenient to town and the ski slopes. We didn't take the shuttle once and it was fine. The condo complex is nice. The hot tub is nice but can be busy. The wooded view from the balcony is peaceful. The size of the unit is comfortable and the island/bar is a nice feature. Beds are comfortable. Cons- You can hear the people in the unit above you more than you should be able to. The couch is run down and needs replaced. Overall- would stay there again.

    Pinnacle was great at making the rental process easy. Great communication before arrival. I liked the texting especially since our arrival time kept changing due to traffic and weather issues.

    We loved this condo. Cozy two bedroom two bath, nice open kitchen and bar area with fireplace. This unit has an enclosed garage with stairway up to condo level. Super nice to have vs scraping the snow off your car in the morning. The condo has a jacuzzi for all guests and owners. We were just to busy to enjoy.
    Location is perfect. 5 mins to downtowns many shops and restaurants. We are not skiers but 25 mins to snowmobiling, 50 minutes to dogsledding and 3 minutes to the city ice skating center.
    Will be booking again in the future.
