LOCATION – From this outstanding location, the Snowflake Lift, the Free Ride Shuttle, the Blue River Plaza and historic Main St. are only a short 1-2 block walk to access everything Breckenridge has to offer in just minutes.

AMENITIES – The spacious living area is the perfect place to gather with two sleeper sofas, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV with DVD player and an iPod dock. The fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of space for preparing meals for your group. Enjoy your meals together in the beautiful dining area next to the kitchen. Both of the bedrooms offer private baths and plenty of space and privacy. You can take in the picturesque views from the balcony while relaxing on the patio chairs. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

    Our family of two adults and three older children/adults thoroughly enjoyed the location and conveniences. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, the ambience was cozy! Finding the unit at night was the only hiccup and user error:)

    We came to Breckenridge to enjoy the fall colors. The condo that we stayed in was very well equipped. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. We took many drives around the area and enjoyed the scenery immensely. The condo was within walking distance of the downtown and we also didn't have any trouble finding parking downtown when we decided to do that. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

    From the view point of 4 80 year olds, we got along well in spite of the altitude - how to breath while tying your shoes. Some suggestions: It would have been helpful to have a map of Breckenridge in the Welcome packet. Another very helpful item would be directions on how to lock the door when leaving and some instructions on how to use the TV and remote. There should be more than 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel per person for a weeks stay. Pardon me for being picky but some times little things seem large when you are away from home.

    This place was perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds, full size washer and dryer, full kitchen, patio overlooking the hot tub and the walkability to Breckenridge’s Main Street. We always found parking close by. Keep in mind that the pool is a bit of a distance and not on the actual property. Overall I would definitely stay here again!
