LOCATION – This home is in the Silver Shekel neighborhood in North Breckenridge, just minutes from the Town of Breckenridge, Ski Area, Golf Course & Gold Run Nordic Center. The Summit Stage shuttle stop is located about 0.6 miles at Fairview Boulevard & Highway 9. It is a short 3.4-mile drive into the heart of Breckenridge.

  House is in great proximity to downtown and the slopes. Management company was great. The house is pretty basic regarding kitchen/ bathrooms ( no fancy tile/ flooring etc). . However, it is comfortable and clean. It worked out great for our group of 4 families.

  Enjoyed our stay here very much. Had 15 people for a group ski trip and the house worked out great. Had a lot of fun hang outs in the large common area. Never got old waking up to an amazing view out the living room windows. Plenty of bathrooms for us. Only slight issue was the kitchen was a bit small for such a large group but we still made it work. Would definitely recommend.

  Just right outside the main street! The home and the rooms were very spacious for our group. Everything was there that we needed to enjoy our stay. I have zero complaints, we would stay there again! The staff was very helpful on questions about where to eat as well, whatever i asked they replied right away.
