LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES - At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, a kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, an outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, a sauna and a steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

  The location for ski on/ski off amenities were wonderful. It was very convenient to hop right out to Peak 8 base area for lifts, breakfast, lunch, and apres although there didn't seem to be a ton of dinner options which is unfortunate. Ski lockers are nice -although no boot heaters inside the lockers which other mountains have. The water pressure in the unit was less than desirable and the amount of hot water was severely lacking. If two people took back to back showers, water temp would drop quickly.
  Where our trip took a huge dive was on our first morning when we tried to wash our first load of laundry. Washing machine was broken, and after many attempts by the Pinnacle/Visit Breck maintenance worker, it was determined that there was nothing they could do aside from reimbursing us for going to a laundromat to do our laundry which I explained to them was not feasible during our 4 days of skiing while also traveling with 3 small children. I asked if there was another unit we could switch to, or another unit we could use just to wash a load of laundry, which they said was not feasible because of full occupancy. At the end of the trip after asking us "if there is something else we can do for this inconvenience, Please let us know", I asked to be reimbursed $500 considering this "luxury" condo didn't have a major accommodation we were expecting, they responded saying they were only going to reimburse us $100 because "that is the number we have that we have collectively agreed upon." So If you've read this far, I WOULD NOT rent this unit or ANY unit through Pinnacle/Visit Break. I was very disappointed with their management and customer service including manager Ethan Lewis and how they remedied this situation. I would find another company to rent through, or rent directly through One Skill Hill Place. We should have stayed at Copper Mountain where we were for a week prior where we had a lovely ski on/ski off condo that had a working washing machine.

  Overall - amazing! Everything was clean, simple, easy and enjoyable. The only challenge we had was that the guest bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable but we couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature in there. Our son was sleeping in there and all three nights he ended up in our room because he was too hot and uncomfortable. Lastly, the master bathroom shower got no hot water. Just wanted to make sure you knew about that! Otherwise always enjoy our stay in Breck!

  My family of four greatly enjoyed staying at this cozy Breckenridge condo. The view is incredible, the beds were comfortable, and the fireplace was nice and cozy. The building has amazing amenities, including a pool, hot tub, kids pool, steam room, and even an indoor bowling alley. We stayed during the shoulder season, but during the high season months there is even a gondola to and from town right at the condo.

  Really fantastic location to stay at Peak 8 very convenient for skiing and the lodge has lots of amenities that are nice to use when off the slopes.
  
  The unit itself is great for a family. The master bedroom is very comfortable and the master bath is enormous. The second bedroom is a bit cramped with the bunk bed in there but provide sleeping for three or four kids if you so desired. Fair warning that room does get pretty warm at night so we needed to leave the doors open so that there could be an air flow since it does not have any Windows of its own.
  
  The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you would need for a small unit. Parking was easy in the garage underneath the building.
  
  Pinnacle was very easy to work with and they provided good communication through their text messaging and emails.

  From the minute I walked through the door I was impressed. The description stated it had a trundle bed in the second room but ours had a bunk bed. Full on bottom and twin on top. Also the description showed a very small living room couch, but ours had an L shaped sectional. So our unit exceeded our initial expectations. A few things I would suggest. The hot water heater was set at a basic heat temp. I underatand you don't want to burn anyone or have a lawsuit but it was just barley hot enough. Def could stand to turn it up a few degrees. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to basically live there full time. The view faced the road which in my opinion was better than the ski slopes. You get a wider more picturesque view from the very large balcony. Washer and dryer included with a weeks worth of soap. The shower heads were lo flow. Kinda like that episode of Seinfeld, so they worked but not like a spa experience. Some of the blankets were not fully cleaned when we got there. Not a big deal but one thing to check when u get there. The tv's only have dish. No internet connection. So unless you just love old fashioned tv with commercials and no on-demand. Then the tvs are useless. The remote for the master was missing all together. So we couldn't use that tv at all. But not a big deal we all used our devices the whole time. The Wi-Fi was sufficient enough to stream one maybe two hd movies at a time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. At the top of the mountain. So plan to use your car. Waiting for the free public tranportation would def have sucked. Parking in town is ridiculously cheap. $1.50 for 3 hours. Tons of lots everywhere to park. The pool and hot tub are open fully. I think its safe to say Corona is over in Colorado. The media room was cool. A 75 inch tv but only dvd choices. Again no streaming. So bring your own or download something on a usb ahead of time. The bowling alley was sweet. Overall awesome place. Would def stay again!

  Great time, location, and rental. Close to the downtown via car, longer walk, or gondola. Not having many expectations, we were very happy with the rental and the trip. Would definitely stay here again.
