LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES - At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, a kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, an outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, a sauna and a steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

    My family of four greatly enjoyed staying at this cozy Breckenridge condo. The view is incredible, the beds were comfortable, and the fireplace was nice and cozy. The building has amazing amenities, including a pool, hot tub, kids pool, steam room, and even an indoor bowling alley. We stayed during the shoulder season, but during the high season months there is even a gondola to and from town right at the condo.

    Great location, wonderful property. Nice to be off the hustle of Mainstreet, but still have easy access via the gondola or shuttle. So many things to do in Summit County in the Summer and this property was central to everything. Highly recommend!

    All in all this place gets a 5 star review, all the necessities and amenities you could ask for are there, the lift is literally stepping outside the resort, staff and front desk are helpful, the ride to and from the resort is easy to access and furthermore, the Chofers all are a delight to deal with. We will be back next year!

    Really fantastic location to stay at Peak 8 very convenient for skiing and the lodge has lots of amenities that are nice to use when off the slopes.

    The unit itself is great for a family. The master bedroom is very comfortable and the master bath is enormous. The second bedroom is a bit cramped with the bunk bed in there but provide sleeping for three or four kids if you so desired. Fair warning that room does get pretty warm at night so we needed to leave the doors open so that there could be an air flow since it does not have any Windows of its own.

    The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you would need for a small unit. Parking was easy in the garage underneath the building.

    Pinnacle was very easy to work with and they provided good communication through their text messaging and emails.

    From the minute I walked through the door I was impressed. The description stated it had a trundle bed in the second room but ours had a bunk bed. Full on bottom and twin on top. Also the description showed a very small living room couch, but ours had an L shaped sectional. So our unit exceeded our initial expectations. A few things I would suggest. The hot water heater was set at a basic heat temp. I underatand you don't want to burn anyone or have a lawsuit but it was just barley hot enough. Def could stand to turn it up a few degrees. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to basically live there full time. The view faced the road which in my opinion was better than the ski slopes. You get a wider more picturesque view from the very large balcony. Washer and dryer included with a weeks worth of soap. The shower heads were lo flow. Kinda like that episode of Seinfeld, so they worked but not like a spa experience. Some of the blankets were not fully cleaned when we got there. Not a big deal but one thing to check when u get there. The tv's only have dish. No internet connection. So unless you just love old fashioned tv with commercials and no on-demand. Then the tvs are useless. The remote for the master was missing all together. So we couldn't use that tv at all. But not a big deal we all used our devices the whole time. The Wi-Fi was sufficient enough to stream one maybe two hd movies at a time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. At the top of the mountain. So plan to use your car. Waiting for the free public tranportation would def have sucked. Parking in town is ridiculously cheap. $1.50 for 3 hours. Tons of lots everywhere to park. The pool and hot tub are open fully. I think its safe to say Corona is over in Colorado. The media room was cool. A 75 inch tv but only dvd choices. Again no streaming. So bring your own or download something on a usb ahead of time. The bowling alley was sweet. Overall awesome place. Would def stay again!

    Great time, location, and rental. Close to the downtown via car, longer walk, or gondola. Not having many expectations, we were very happy with the rental and the trip. Would definitely stay here again.
