LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES – At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar.   The location was fantastic. The hotel used to be a Rocks Resoet but has lost that affiliation. There were very limited food options on site, glad we brought a full order of groceries and having a full kitchen it worked out. The ski valet and on site staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the rental washing machine was out of service the entirety of our stay. I read other reviews that it was previously a problem for other guests but was fixed quickly. We were told 2 days before we arrived that it was broken. , I asked several times for the repair company to come as soon as possible as we were traveling with kids and needed the washer. . I was first told they might be able come repair it during our 5 days stay, then I was told they would not be able to come. The washer had water in it and started to smell. The dryer worked , so we basically washed clothes by hand in the bath tub and used the dryer.
  The Ice machine was also very finicky so we ended up buying a bag of ice.
  The beds very very comfortable.the couch was a bit tired and the fireplace glass was glazed over so we couldn’t really see the fire. The snow toys and humidifiers were a nice bonus.

  We had an excellent stay at One Ski Hill 8307. Accommodations were lovely and just steps away from the lifts. The beds are comfortable the kitchen stocked and the furnishings were very nice. We’ll definitely stay in this unit again next time we visit Breckenridge. Thanks so much!

  Stayed here for 3 nights to snowboard and ski. Location was perfect and right in front of Peak 8. Easy access to ski lifts and we found out there was a valet for rentals from Breck sports right to the property making it even better. We used the amenities such as pool table, bowling alley and the free transportation into town. Definitely made our stay better and would recommend.

  Third stay at One Ski Hill Place, the location is amazing. Service has gone down hill. Outdoor hot tub has be broken all of 2024 and was broken out entire stay in 2025. Request for service from the resort went unanswered on multiple occasions. Resort wasn't as clean as previous stays.

  Simply fantastic 5-night stay: highlights being the on-site ski valet that made it a FIRST CLASS ski-in/out experience, and the Peak 8 services including the Breck Connect Gondola to downtown via Peak 7. We REALLY enjoyed daily use of the pool/hot tub/sauna, especially after the outdoor hot tub re-opened about halfway through the stay. The One Ski Hill front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic, and the "Market Place" near the front desk had enough options to satisfy snacks and light breakfasts. Check in/out, folio pickup, and text communications with VisitBreck staff were very nice. The condo was incredibly comfortable for a family of 5... and we were greatly entertained by the snow cat operations throughout the evening and early morning that motivated us to make first tracks as often as possible!
