LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. Ski school for the kids is located just outside the door. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.

UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo is perfect for couples or a small family and features a full kitchen with granite tile counter tops and rustic pine cabinetry. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap during the day or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain. Every stay over 5 nights, guests will receive one complimentary mid-stay clean.

RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)

PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street.

    Room was nice and well maintained. Communication was good on the front side. As we were leaving, our electronic parking pass didn’t work. I was told it wouldn’t matter. It took us 45 min at 11pm, trying to find someone who could help get out of the garage.. I called the number that kept texting me and no one was there to answer. If your a lodging company, someone needs to answer the phone.

    This was an slightly more economical choice, but since nothing at Breck is what most would consider “affordable,” I think next time I’d rather opt to pay a bit more and enjoy a more comfortable stay. The unit is well-loved, which is fine, but really does need some update linens and pillows to justify existing in Breck. The bedding for the sofa bed was marginal (a couple of sheets and a small throw blanket), and the sofa bed itself wasn’t something an adult should be subjected to. The building is in a great location and has lovely amenities like an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, and game room. But my bottom line is that I would not choose this unit again in the future until it gets a refresh.

    Nice condo, great location. Short walk to either the Quicksliver lift or Main St. Everything in perfect order. Indoor garage parking. Decent amount of space for no more than 2 people. Pool, hot tub, sauna were great after a day of skiing.

    Unit was close to chairlift and downtown was just a 1/2 block walk away. My only complaint was that the the TV had 2 remotes and it took awhile to figure out how to get it working. Would stay again

    This is a fantastic location. It's not big but it has everything you need for a boarding/skiing trip. We spent a week here and the room was clean the the amenities were awesome. They just redid all of the the hot tubs, sauna, steam room, gym and family game room. But the best is that its only about 15 yards to Peak 9 lift. The only down side to this condo is that the bed needs to be replaced. It is not comfortable at all. I stayed in this same unit in 2019 and it needed to be replaced then. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because of the bed!

    If you are looking for a great efficiency at The Village at Breckenridge (peak 9) you will love this unit. Unit 403 was clean and has a great location.

    The unit is convenient for ski in/out and you are just next to Main Street with great food, shopping and entertainment.

    Pinnacle Lodging handled our stay and they were extremely responsive with any questions I had.

    I highly recommend this unit.
