AMENITIES – This beautifully constructed home has a spacious feel with the living area, dining area and kitchen all open to each other; providing a wonderful place for gathering and entertaining. The gourmet kitchen has a large island with a six-burner / griddle stove top, prep sink and tremendous counter space. It also has two dishwashers, microwave, double ovens, warming drawer and walk-in pantry. The media room located on the lower level provides excellent space for kids or adults to have a separate area to gather. This area provides a blue ray player with Sonos surround sound as well as in the great room. This home has three mini masters along with the main master. The upper level bunk room is a kids haven with an Xbox One that plays DVDs as well.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

  Beautiful home for our 7 nights in Breckenridge. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our needs. 2 toddlers enjoyed exploring the fenced backyard. Front deck and hot tub have beautiful views.   I stayed at Hawk's Hideaway with 13 of best friends. The house was fantastic! There was plenty of room for cooking, spreading out for relaxing, we loved the views, the Golden Tee game was a big hit too. The wildlife was incredible, we saw foxes daily, a bear wandering down the street, we heard coyotes at night. We happened to be here during the meteor shower, which was an amazing experience to see from the deck! My only complaint would be that the hot tub wasn't too hot. I did contact the property management about this issue. They were super quick to respond and gave me some troubleshooting ideas but it still didn't get that hot. Still we had an amazing time! The house was very clean too when we arrived, lots of towels for showering and the hot tub too!

  This is a beautiful, large, functional, well located (short drive to peak 9) home. The kitchen, living room and dining room areas were perfect for our large, 16 person, group and so were the numerous bedrooms (great mattresses). The decor and quality of materials are top notch. Loved the double dishwashers and double washers and dryers. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

  We stayed 10 days at Hawk’s Hideaway. There were 15 of us, ages 4 to 76. The property was beautiful, fully equipped with quality appliances and kitchen/dining items, and everything else was first class. A beautiful view with a short drive to town made everything easy. We stayed in August, but there is a ski bus stop about 300 steps up the hill for winter guests. A perfect place to stay for a large group.

  What a lovely home to host our family reunion in. We had our three kids, spouses, friend, and 3 grandsons. The home was well appointed with plenty of room to spread out and gorgeous mountain views. We found a trail that led to town and hiked almost daily. Weather was perfect...but altitude took a bit of getting used to. Great home in a great location.
