LOCATION: This fantastic slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year-round. Set at the base of Peak 7, these luxurious condominiums are located right next to the BreckConnect Gondola and Independence SuperChair to get you to the slopes or into town quickly (The gondola is closed May - Mid June).

CRYSTAL PEAK LODGE RESORT AMENITIES: With an outdoor plaza with a fireplace, fitness facility, steam room and outdoor hot tubs, there is plenty to keep you and your group occupied. More added perks are the private ski lockers, underground heated parking and free in-town shuttle service.

ONE SKI HILL PLACE RESORT AMENITIES: Being a guest at Crystal Peak also gives you access to One Ski Hill Place, which includes the resort’s swimming pool, fitness center, bowling alley, restaurants and après ski bar. Also enjoy the resort’s free shuttle that provides door to door service anywhere in Breckenridge. Please note: Resort and Common Area amenities may be closed or have access limited without notice.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

  We had a great experience with our family. It was great to visit the other resorts near by like One Ski Hill Place, and the Grand Colorado. Using the gondolas to get back and forth to Breckenridge was great! Beautiful place!

  We had a fantastic experience at Crystal Peak Lodge 7304. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. We rented our skis (in the building), had a dedicated locker room to store our skis (in the building), and our kids could come and go all day. It took literally 2 minutes to get from the slopes to our room. The snow was perfect.

  Great location! Unfortunately - the unit is really dirty, needs a deep clean to get it up to normal rental standards, especially at the Breck price point... dust everywhere, soiled linens, gross toilets. Plus, the beds are really uncomfortable, especially the pull out couch! Thank goodness my guest that slept on this bed weighed less than 70 lbs. and did not complain.
  I do not recommend renting this unit.

  The descriptions are perfectly stated! We had a family of 6 and there was plenty of room and perfect for ski in~ski out due to varied levels of abilities. Our youngest went to childcare and we just hopped on gondola to drop her off then back up to get skis on. Loved being able to ski down and hang outside at Sevens Bar.
  The property manager was excellent and always replied quickly for questions.

  We stayed for a week during late July with a family of 5. Overall the complex was sufficient. I was surprised that there was no one at the front desk any day we stayed. Two of our four key cards didn't work and the only way to get more was to drive to Frisco. Several of us took advantage of the fitness room and steam shower. There was no A/C and this unit is on an upper floor so it was hot in the evenings. Box fans made a big difference, but they didn't have enough for every room. We stayed on a year the alpine slide was closed and the area was under construction which was a bummer. The gondola to downtown was convenient, but only operates 9am-5pm, so you need to either drive or ride the shuttle if you're heading to downtown for dinner. Overall I'd recommend this location if you'd like to access the slopes and for the views. Gorgeous sunrises and easy access to hiking trails up to the Vista Haus and beyond if you want. At the peak of 8, there's a rope climbing course, lookout, etc. You can also ride up the lift if you don't want to hike (you have to pay for the lift tickets). Our family enjoyed the space, again just wish they had more fans or a/c in the summer.

  Well, I can only say that Crystal Peak has spoiled me and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Breck! The room was beautiful and easily accomodated our family of 6. Master bath has steam feature which was a real bonus. Location could not be beat.
