LOCATION – This townhome is located in the Charter Ridge complex above the picturesque town of Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. The free shuttle is located nearby that gives you access not only to Breckenridge but the surrounding Summit County area. Endless activities abound year-round with miles of cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the back door.

AMENITIES – There are four bedrooms including a master king bedroom (upper level), king bedroom (lower level) & two bunk bedrooms with multiple beds . The main level area is a great space for your group to gather for meals and entertainment. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax with a good book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy music on the Sonos audio system. There are multiple decks so you won’t want to miss taking in the breathtaking mountain views, relaxing in the outdoor hot tub or grilling up dinner to enjoy with friends and family.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

    The view from this house is just absolutely breathtaking. We had a group of friends come into town for our annual ski trip and loved how the house was laid out. The master upstairs is huge and feels like its own little apartment. There's plenty of beds downstairs to sleep the number of people listed for the house. Lastly, the management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. I will definitely be looking to stay here on our next years trip!

The location is up and away from it all, but a quick trip down the mountain and your are in town or to the many trailheads in the area. We especially marveled at the view. Kudos to the property management team for their quick responses to our need for another parking pass and delivering a propane tank for the grill.

    Magnificent house, fully equipped with everything we needed. Excellent views from most rooms in the house, breathtaking at sunset really. Accessible to Breckenridge and Frisco easily. Loved everything about it. If I had to think of a "con" it would be the fact that the fireplace in the backyard is mostly esthetic. It doesn't actually produce enough heat to keep warm, roast marshmallows, or stay out there for a while.
