The rooftop sunny deck invites you to revel in the 360 degree views. The wood-burning fireplaces will warm you up in the winter and soak up the sun from any of the decks. You also have access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a sauna, hot tub & heated pool.

    We had a great stay in this beautiful home. This is an older house, but it had everything we needed. Everything in the home worked and seemed to be well maintained. The views are incredible, and the location is great. Overall a great option if you're exploring this part of Colorado.

    The property is centrally located to A Basin, Keystone and Breck making it ideal for commuting. Dillon is a 5 minute drive away with everything that you might need. This is an older house but well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the in house laundry was a big plus! Pinnacle resorts was hard to reach by phone(as are most people today) but readily responded to texts. The property backs up to National forest land and there was very little noise from the road. a big plus is watching the sunrise as it hits the mountains across the lake! The bedrooms are on the second floor and the main floor(kitchen, dining and living) is on the third floor. Remember you will be at 9,200' elevation so this could be a consideration. We found it a great setup and had a wonderful time here!

    We loved staying at this home and especially enjoyed the amazing rooftop deck! The house was very clean and management company was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again!
