LOCATION – Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the base of Baldy Mountain about 3 miles from the slopes. Here you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. Take advantage of the short walk to the free town bus or be at the slopes in a matter of minutes.

AMENITIES – The main level is set in an open floor plan perfect for large group gatherings. The kitchen is just steps away from the living and dining room area where dinner can be prepared while the rest of your group relaxes to enjoy a fire in the fireplace or watch TV. There are plenty of activities in the home to entertain the whole family. Unwind on one of the two sofas in the upper level family room that has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, pool table, and wet bar. You can soothe sore muscles from the day’s activities in the private hot tub while soaking up the crisp alpine air.

  First, let me start by saying this was a beautiful property! Large rooms and lots of space for "family" time. The home was well appointed (we cooked almost the entire time we were there and didn't want for any cooking pots/pans). It was Spring skiing time so a lot of snow. The entire front deck was covered in feets of snow. We shoveled some of it because it was a great view but we weren't really able to sit out there simply because there was just too much snow. Not a big deal. We did use the back deck (upstairs) with the hot tub. Hot tub was easy to turn on and felt AMAZING. Back deck was shoveled and had some nice chairs to hang out in as well. The only cons were the drive up to the house each day after skiing ... It is literally at the top of a mountains so it is a twisty turn up the mountaing for abut 12-15 minutes. It snowed only a little bit but it was slippery up there. We had a 4WD and it was still a bit scary. Also, there were A LOT of stairs. This is pretty normal in Breck where people build up but there were like 36 stairs to get up to the family room/bedrooms. Overall we really liked the space, just would have been good to know about the drive up the mountain and the stairs!

  We stayed at Baldy Mountain Overlook during Thanksgiving 2023. The rental process was so easy and property management was quick to respond to our questions. The townhome was very clean and so well appointed that we could easily have spent our whole time in Breckenridge in the house and been very happy. Plenty of space for our family of 6, but could easily have accomidated many more. The bedrooms are large and spaced over two floors. All with private full bathrooms. The kitchen is a dream with so much prep area. Only suggestion would be for newer cookware as it had seen better days- non stick was long past non existant. The pool room was a huge draw for us and we spent many hours there, whether playing pool or sitting on the couches reading a book while viewing the beautiful woods just outside the glass patio doors. Very quiet property even with other houses nearby. We heard no one while staying here. The drive into Breckenridge is easy and maybe a 7 minute drive. We all have such great memories of our stay here that we would stay again on our next visit.

  This home is well maintained, great for a family or group, and has fantastic views of sunrise and sunset over Breckenridge! The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a meal on a nice summer day. We also really enjoyed having the extra game room so that our kids had a spot to play with their toys, and we had fun with the pool table. The kitchen was spacious and had what we needed to cooking. If you’re in to Mountain Biking, this house has great proximity to amazing blue and black singletrack trails. It’s a short drive back down into Breck for dining out and shopping. We really enjoyed staying at this house and would definitely book it again!

  We took a family vacation to Breck and stayed in this gorgeous home. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. It was a 10 minute drive to town where we could shop and have dinner. It was so nice to have another family room with a TV and pool table. We would hang out there in the evening. The location of this house was close to Frisco and Lake Dillon area too.

  We had a wonderful stay at Baldy Mountain Overlook for Spring Break! We had 10-12 people depending on the night and we were all very comfortable. We cooked every night and had plenty of space for different age groups to enjoy their time together. The walk to the shuttle was too far for us so we drove and parked, but the views far outweighed staying a little closer to town. What a beautiful townhouse!

  There was a room up stairs where they kids could go play pool, board games, and watch TV. And the kitchen was big enough to fit everyone in there! The hot tub was immaculate! Wish we would have gone out there more, but highly recommend! FYI you enter in the garage and then have 3 flights of stairs to get to the master bedroom and other rooms( that killed us, as we could barley breathe lol). We did have neighbors but we rarely saw them and there wasn’t any noise. I would say the couches needs some updating both up stairs and down stairs. We also had one issue and it was the doorbell going off during the day/night randomly and it kept waking us up, but the property management team sent someone quickly! The door locks were a bit confusing and you kinda have to mess with them a little bit, but overall a really nice place! Oh MAKE SURE YOU TAKE AN AWD CAR unless you want to be pushing it up the hill! Haha

  Excellent. The kitchen is spacious. We would have loved to cook and eat in, but our trip was too short, so there wasn't much time for that. The house is 10 minutes to town, very convenient. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed the games, puzzles, and pool table. No complaints on this property. Garage was convenient too as we had a lot of rain during our stay. We hope to book this lovely property again. Nice views out front and a lot of privacy in the back. Bigger and nicer than you can even determine from the pictures online. Hope to be back!

  Baldy Mountain Overlook was a fantastic "home-base" for our family vacation in Breckenridge. Beautiful views, easy access and plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out and relax after long days of adventures. It is just a couple minutes from Main St yet far enough away that the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.
  Excellent communication before, during and after from Pinnacle Lodging - very professional. The property was clean with ample necessities provided as well.

  The Baldy Mountain Overlook was an incredible vacation home. Probably the best I have ever stayed at out of a dozen or so. The location is awesome and has some incredible views. Only about a 10-15 min drive from Breckenridge. We had 3 families in this townhouse and it suited us perfectly. From the pool table, front and back decks with the hot tub and fireplace, it was all incredible. Kids loved their own room too. The place was beautifully cleaned. Would definitely come back.

  We had our group of 12 for our annual out west ski trip. We stayed 7 nights here and it was great! Plenty of space for everyone ( All adults ). Hot tub was good, the heated back patio was a plus! Kitchen was large and well equipped. Only thing was the microwave did not rotate but still worked. Both living areas were wonderful. Overall no real complaints and we enjoyed ourselves. The drive to Breck is like 8-10 minutes. Pretty easy. Only thing I wish is that you could park 4 vehicles instead of just 3 but what can you do haha. Would recommend and stay again in the future!!

  There wasn’t a detail about Baldy Mountain that was overlooked in making this guest ready! The house was absolutely immaculate and so beautiful! It’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. All equipment worked perfectly and the beds were so comfortable. The place had plenty of room for nine adults. There was some confusion about the number of bedrooms - due to an issue with the city of Breckinridge. 3 rooms are upstairs and one room is downstairs. The property management company was incredibly receptive to any questions we had. We definitely want to be back!
