This multi-level property is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout featuring an open floor plan that flows from the living area to the dining area and kitchen making it the ideal space to gather as a group with the bedrooms located in the loft and the lower level.

LOCATION – This condo is situated exactly where you want it, just off the Four O'clock Run and close to the base of Snowflake lift, making its access to the slopes unrivaled. The 4 O'clock Run is in your backyard conveniently allowing you to ski all the way home at the end of the day, or even for a quick lunch. Walk less than ten minutes down the street and you can be eating at your favorite restaurant in town or shopping at all the local boutiques.

AMENITIES – After a big day of skiing, take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

    Our stay there was ok but not great – not as good as our experience with other Pinnacle Properties. The property could use some updates and maintenance TLC for certain. Some examples - dishwater was in poor condition and difficult to start due to a loose front panel, games cabinet shelf was broken and collapsed, upper bathroom sink hot water was not functioning, many windows had loose or damaged screens that inhibited us from opening windows at night. Overall, the property seemed not tight and a bit dated and missing some desirable details – for more examples, master king bed lacked a headboard and there were no laundry baskets to use to haul laundry from the upper or lower levels to the laundry machine on the main level. Overall décor could also use a good re-fresh. The brook in the front was very pleasant but the main view was to other houses and a busy hiking trail. We vacation often in Breckenridge and because of these other factors we will head in another direction for our next booking.

    The location of the Airbnb was fantastic. It was conveniently situated, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities in Breckenridge.
    Cons:

    Cleanliness Issues:
    Unfortunately, our stay was marred by cleanliness issues. We encountered popcorn kernels scattered throughout the property, requiring us to vacuum upon arrival. This unexpected task detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.

    While the location contributed positively to our experience, the cleanliness issues were a notable drawback. We hope this feedback helps in addressing any concerns and enhancing the experience for future guests.

    Spacious and beautifully decorated home in the mountains. Views of the snowcapped were incredible. The stream right outside your door was the cherry on top! Very clean and a great layout for a family of 5. Perfectly located, less than a mile walk to main street.

    This condo could not have been in a better location. Ski in and barely have to walk to the lift. Communication with management was easy and quick. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy, but like I said earlier, the location is the true selling point of this condo for anyone looking to hit the slopes and also walk around downtown.

    Location and stay was very nice. Only two things that bothered me, not something that would keep me from coming back, just something to call out. One was the location of the hot tub. I was under the assumption this was at the location and not a 7 minute walk away. Honestly, that was a big thing for my young adults. Secondly, the parking was rather tight. And the ice and snow that had built up was fun to negotiate around.

    Our group of 5 adults stayed for 6 nights. We had one couple and 3 single adults who all wanted their own spaces. One adult stayed in the loft "bonus space" which was not ideal and cause a few bumps on the head in the awkward space. We did know about the sleeping accommodations before committing to the condo but the other positives outweighed our decision to book to this place and we had a very nice time staying there.
    This condo would be perfect for a family with small kids with all the sleeping spaces.
    The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we utilized it a lot. The Washer/dryer in unit was very convenient.
    Hot Tub access was a bit further than we would have liked, we drove there.
    We had excellent massages at the Spa at Breckenridge which was very close.
    Loved the Ski-in access and close proximity to the Snowflake lift and town.
    Having space for only one car was a small issue since we all came on different flights and required 2 vehicles to get everyone to Breckenridge. The pay-overnight lot is far from the condo and the additional car got stuck in the snow which we had to deal with.

    We had an unfortunate meal at Modis which we would not recommend, we wished we had read the reviews BEFORE going there.

    Everything about this place worked out perfectly for our group of 6.
    LOCATION: couldn’t be better. A one minute walk to the Snowflake chairlift. The Blue Sky ticket office is right at the lift making it easy to pick up/or purchase tickets if needed. There are also 2 rentals places within a minute walk - Charter Sports at the lift or Christy Sports at Pine Ridge Store making it easy to avoid lugging all of gear on the plane. It’s a short walk into town, and best of all - it is truly “ski-in” — right off of 4 o’clock run and around the side of the building.
    AMENITIES: they thought of everything from basic toiletries, tissues, and toilet paper to dish detergent, cleaning sponges, and even detergent. We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBOs and this place was by far the best stocked! It was very much appreciated and a big help for people flying in from across the county.
    SPACE: this place was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The loft is a bit smaller then expected (the pictures looked much larger) but the kids still loved it.
    LOGISTICS: getting our access code, directions, and additional details was very easy! Pinnacle Lodging sent us an online guide and text messages to keep us posted about our arrival/departure. They were even able to grant us early access when I notified them via text about an earlier than expected flight.
    My only suggestion would be for the building owner (not really this unit) to put ski lockers on the ground level. This unit is on the 2nd floor (which we loved!) but lugging gear up and down the steps can be hard (especially in ski boots).
    I would highly recommend this place for an amazing ski-in/ski out place and hope to be back!!
    Btw: we walked around to a few other places along the road to compare options. Most of them are not what I really consider to be “ski-in/ski-out” even though they advertise as such. This place was exactly as promised and one of the be
