LOCATION: Located in the Highlands neighborhood on the north end of Breckenridge, this home offers a secluded, peaceful feeling all while being just a couple miles from the slopes and downtown shopping and dining. In the summer time, enjoy access to nearby hiking and biking trails.

AMENITIES: This home offers four bedrooms, including the master suite on the main level. Enjoy movies and the gas fireplace in the main living room, or take in the fresh air while warming up in the private outdoor hot tub. The well-appointed kitchen offers plenty of space for dining, and the outdoor patio and gas grill are perfect for summertime cookouts.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)

  We enjoyed 5 nights at the Evergreen Lodge. The house was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It accommodated our family nicely and we still had plenty of extra room. The beds were very comfortable . The location right next to Main St in Breck was great and provided a fast and easy way to get to all the shopping and restaurants. Response time from Pinnacle Lodging was great when we had questions. We will definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in the area.

  The house was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The owners thought of every detail which made our stay very cozy and comfortable. We really appreciated they had lots of cozy blankets and a well stocked kitchen. Everything has been well kept and better than any rental we have stayed at. Loved all of the windows so we could see the beautiful Mountain View from anywhere. We even saw a moose in the backyard! This was our favorite family vacation and the house had a major part in the experience. We are already thinking about dates for next year!

  Our multigenerational family had a fantastic stay for five nights at this outstanding accommodation in the mountains of Breckenridge. The neighborhood was quiet and private yet still very accessible to Main St Breck (5 min drive), and the views of the mountains from the back deck were gorgeous. The house itself is beautiful and furnished to a high standard. We appreciated the large gathering spaces with comfortable furniture where we all could relax. The master bedroom suite was enormous, and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level were all of a good size too. The only minor complaint we had was the memory foam topper on the master bed and one of the lower beds made it somewhat difficult to turn over while sleeping. Otherwise, this rental was perfect! We loved the hot tub and would absolutely stay here again. If you are on the fence - book this place! You will not regret it.
